Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ValiCore platform operated by ValiCore Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“ValiCore”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

1. The service

ValiCore provides a software platform for instrument calibration, quality-control records, document control, incident management, and validation workflows for regulated laboratories. Specific features and limits are described on the pricing page in effect when you subscribe.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at security@valicore.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload content that infringes a third party’s rights or violates law;
  • attempt to access another customer’s data, probe security, or disrupt service;
  • reverse engineer, sublicense, or resell the service without our written consent.

4. Subscription, fees, refunds

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Unless your plan explicitly states otherwise, the one-time setup fee is non-refundable once implementation begins. You may cancel any time after the first paid month and retain access through the end of the paid period.

5. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.

6. Compliance & audit trail

The platform is designed to support 21 CFR Part 11, Schedule M, and ISO 15189 record-keeping requirements when configured per our published guidelines. Final regulatory compliance remains the responsibility of your organisation. We will provide audit-trail exports and reasonable cooperation in the event of an inspection.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information using the same care it uses for its own confidential information of like importance, and at least reasonable care.

8. Service levels & support

We target 99.5% monthly availability. Standard support hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm IST. Critical-incident response targets are described in the plan you subscribe to.

9. Warranties & disclaimer

We warrant that the service will perform substantially as described in our documentation. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Each party’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to ValiCore in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if uncured after thirty (30) days’ written notice. On termination, you may export your data within thirty (30) days; thereafter we will delete it unless retention is required by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice of material changes by email to administrators.
