Why is there a setup fee?
Implementation isn't a download — it's data migration, role configuration, calibration master setup, SOP mapping, and 1:1 training. The setup fee covers that work. It's split into two instalments if needed; never zero.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual later?
Yes. Switch to Annual at any renewal to lock in 2 months free. Switching from Annual to Monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term.
What happens if I exceed my user cap?
We give you a 7-day grace period to either upgrade your tier or remove users. We don't charge overage fees mid-cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 30-minute live demo with your real compliance scenarios instead of a sandbox trial. That's faster for you and gives you a working answer the same day.
What if ValiCore shuts down?
Your data is yours. We provide a full export of every record (CSV + PDF) on request at any time. Our contract includes a data-portability clause.
Is there a long contract lock-in?
No. Monthly is month-to-month — cancel anytime. Annual is 12 months at the discounted rate. Either way, you keep an export of your data.
Do you charge for support?
No. Email + WhatsApp support is included in every tier. Growth includes a monthly audit-readiness call. Enterprise gets a dedicated WhatsApp line and 99.9% SLA.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes — that's the Enterprise tier. Multi-site setups, ERP/LIMS integrations, custom workflows, and on-site implementation are all in scope. Book a demo and we'll scope it together.
